Reserving seats: Paris - Amsterdam and Prague - Budapest

Hello,

I booked my inter-rail ticket a couple of days and I am now trying to reserve seats for the journey.

I need to reserve two seats on the 12.25 train from Paris to Amsterdam on the 15/08/12

And I need to reserve a 2 person sleeper on the 00.05 train from Prague to Budapest on the 22/08/12

But I cannot find out how to reserve these seats anywhere online. I'd be very grateful if you would post me some links or advice on how I can reserve these seats. Most of the sites I have been on require me to book tickets rather than just reserve seats.
