hey guys!
This summer I want to do interrail with my cousin.
We want to go to Split (coastal southern Croatia) to Podgorica where we want to take the train to Belgrad
Apparently there are no train connections between Split and Montenegro and we failed to find a bus between Dubrovnik ( close to Montenegro's border) and Podgorica.
Did anybody already travel over there and knows if there are frequent bus routes connecting Dubrovnik and Podgorica :?: (or Dubrovnik and Bar?)
It's the first time we do interrail and have no idea how its working out so it would be awesome if anyone could help us out :!:
thank you :)

Hi,
between Split and Dubrovnik frequent buses run, about 15 departures each day. Definitely stay one day in Dubrovnik, beautiful city. :)
From Dubrovnik, there is one bus running at 1500 but only every other day. To Kotor in Montenegro there are two or three buses each day, if you have time go to Kotor as well which is really nice as well. From Kotor frequent buses run to either Podgorica or Bar to catch the train to Belgrade.

thanks a lot, railcc is really great!!
I already have the next question though :D
are there any good ferry connections between Turkey and Greece at the moment?
for example from Izmir or even Antalya to Athens?

Thanks! :)
Umm...I only know of the Cesme (close to Izmir) to Chios shuttle; from Chios frequent services should run to the Greek mainland. You should be able to get some student fares or similar.
