Hi,

we have a comprehensive list of train types which require additional reservations. Have a look here :arr: https://rail.cc/en/eurail-train-reservation

Berlin - Amsterdam: no reservation required (unless you travel overnight with the CNL train)
Amsterdam - Köln: no reservation required
Freiburg - Basel: no reservation required
Geneve - Antibes: depends on connection, for TGV trains a reservation is required
Antibes - Paris: as above, for TGV trains or the overnight train a reservation is required

If you want to support or work here at railcc, order your EuRail pass at our partner, see bottom of page. Thank you. :)

Hi Flow,
Thanks for that. How do I make a reservation for the TGV trains? I can't seems to do it on the railcc site.

Hej Rin,

the standard procedure would be directly at a railway station in France...it is possible in most other European countries as well. The online option does not work for every train/every day. You could get the reservations for example at Berlin Hauptbahnhof.
