I am Spanish and I have residence in Spain but now I'm in Sofia Erasmus and I would like to make the interrail. I can start the interrail without residence in Sofia?
I want to know how long it takes to get the ticket?

And yes, you can buy the Interrail Pass in Sofia central station as well. But have to go to the RILA office (beyond the big schedule display - in the left corner). You won't get it at the normal ticket windows.
