Hey,
my name is abhishek and I'm a final year undergraduate student in England, hoping to see a bit of Europe before going back home to India.. I have approximately 2 weeks time and roughly a grand to make my way into Europe and back to th UK..
I am travelling alone but hope to plan my trip around the Euro '12 event and so should not fall short of company. My main aim is to experience the various dimensions and outlooks of football across Europe and so am not undertaking this trip to go sightseeing, per se.
My initial thoughts are to fly into either Norway or Sweden and make my way down through Denmark, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and eventually down to Italy from where I shall fly back.
This is my forst trip across europe and therefore welcome any thoughts, suggestions, tips on matters such as the order of cities to visit, routes, etc. and I much appreciate you taking the time to read this..

Kind regards,
Abhi

Hi Abhi.
If you want to see as much as possible in two weeks, start for example in Stockholm, then Oslo, (Bergen), via Göteborg to Copenhagen, (Hamburg), Amsterdam, Berlin, Prague, Krakow, Budapest, Vienna, Venice or Rome, back to the UK.
Train connections are here: https://rail.cc/en/search-interrail-route
