Hi.
There is at least every hour one connection, usually even more.
Example:
Lille Flandres dep: 0808 - regional train
Kortrijk arr: 0841
Kortrijk dep: 0848 - IC train
Brugge arr: 0928

Late minute change: since a week or so ago SNCF NOW runs the shuttle trains Lille=Rijssel-Kortrijk (Courtrai), and These trains now run about ev. 2 hrs. you MUST now always change in KR-also when going to Antwerpen via gent.
Maybe in summer NMBS will run direct trains to coast again=Oostende via Brugge.
