I am going to be in Barcelona on June 19 and want to be in Paris by June 20. I want to take an overnight train.
I do not want to pay the 50euro supplement though. I also only have the 10 day global pass. I will be using all 10 days of the pass and need some help finding another option. Is there anything we can do?

Hi.
The cheapest option is by free local train from Spain to the French border. Then continue by inexpensive French night train.
Think about adding the Little Yellow Train crossing the Pyrenees, it's amazing.

But is the free train from Barcelona to France only free when my pass is valid? becuase I do not have any days to spare. Or is it free to all travelers?

Nah, of course it is not. In that case, buy a regular ticket for that leg Barcelona - Cerbere/Latour de Carol which is not very expensive: 11,90€ to Cerbere, 10,55€ to Latour de Carol (without potential reductions for students).
From Cerbere or Latour, use the direct French night trains Peter mentioned for which you need a 6€ reservation for the reclining seat (check the link) and make use of the 1900 rule.

Hi guys!

I am planning on using the Little Yellow train to get from Barcelona to Paris. I am also using a 10 in 22 pass.

I've got a question though. If the train departs at midday from Barcelona and arrives the next morning in Paris, does this mean I use up 2 travel days on my pass?

I plan to do some more travelling after so it would really help if I knew how many travel days I would be using.
