Hi.
You don't need extra reservations.
Amsterdam - Berlin is free, except the night train (night train booking see bellow the map) - https://rail.cc/en/interrail/amsterdam-to-berlin
Berlin - Slovakia (Prague) is also free - https://rail.cc/en/interrail/berlin-to-budapest
Slovakia - Budapest: free
Budapest - Vienna: free
Vienna - Rome: night or day train? Available at stations, for example already in Berlin.

Note: bookings are available up to 3 months in advance. There is a change in the schedules in June - so not all trains are already listed and available to book online: https://rail.cc/en/search-train-route

Thans ! Vienna - Rome like the others night train.
So for what i understand i dont need to make any kind of reservation right now.. but when i arrived to berlin or amsterdam i should book for the others trains, right ?

Either you still wait a little bit until the tickets are online for reservation for the night train Vienna to Rome, or you buy it for example in Berlin.
This is the ONLY train you need a reservation for. Not for the others.

for the other trains you CAN reserve seats (cost about 4/5€/trip), but do not need to-with the risk of having to stand.
do NOT use AMS for REServation-as you also pay 10€ extra for the service-wait till berlin or else in Germany or Austria.
