Hi

I was wondering what people found the best way of withdrawing money abroad / buying items

I am considering getting a new account but can't decide who to go with for the best rates - i will only need it for 3 weeks as probably won't be abroad again for an age!

Are the top up cards used for buying and withdrawal?

Thinking it would be good to have a credit card too for emergencies?
