Dilemma

I'm having trouble working out whether my itinerary will work and how long it will take to get between the cities.
I finish a tour in Istanbul on 23rd June and am looking to start my travels from there on 24th ending in Paris 14th July.
This is what I have come up with:
Istanbul to Sofia to Bucharest to Budapest to Bratislava to High Tatras to Krakow.
Is this doable? Is is better to travel by train or bus? If it cheaper to buy individual tickets rather than Interail? Are there places I should stop at along the way aswell. I'm wanting to book as much as I can now as it will be high season
Am trying to do this solo and am starting to feel out of my depth in planning it!!

1. READ Turkey part; NO trains into IST this summer-long time works. there is a replacement bus.
2.for the first part there are many other more cheap alternatives-do not waste an expensive IR in countries that are cheap anyway. Also check balkan Flexipass for travel TR-BG-ROM. For IST-Sof-BUC a bus is faster, cheaper and more frequent. on some other legs it may be-or not. thats too complicated to reveal all things here. + this also depends on your age-as <26 is cheaper for IR-why not simply get your mind together and tell all?
3. do Tatra in between BP, via Kosice and BL-and do you really want to go to B-lava-or is it again some newbie trying to see all capital city?
4. you did not say a thing about in between Krk and Paris. Fly-try RYAN or WIZZair? Train it? More stops wanted? Bus alternative or not wanted? IF you decide for IR-this is the sector where it would pay off.

thanks nltrainer.
I think I've worked out all the connections but not sure it leaves me enough time to spend the amount I want in Budapest and Krakow. Thinking I'll have to take one or two out. Been told Bratislavia is a good place to see. It seems I need to go to Belgrade (even just for 1 night) to get from Sofia to Sarajevo. So was thinking of skipping Bucharest and possibly even High Tatras, although I would like to see it.
Any advice on Bucharest, Belgrade, High Tatras?
