Hello all !
I spend some days in Budapest for the Sziget festival in August and then would like to go straight to Croatia. Do you know if there is any night train which goes directly to Split ? Or do I have to take two trains (Budapest-Zagreb, Zagreb-Split) ?

Hi Julia.
There is a direct night train from Budapest to Split in the summer months.
Definitely book it when arriving in Budapest, as there might be some more travellers having the same idea after Sziget festival to continue in Croatia. :)

Hi,
the Budapest - Split night train runs only twice a week and is usually booked well in advance. However, you can also go to Zagreb first and change there to Split.
