Hi Kate! It depends on a few things, like your ages. Germany, Greece, Austria, Swiss etc. are no problem (just the normal risks). (When you'll stay at the main tourist routes). Czech is quite safe (the western part is almoast like Western-Europe). Every huge city in the world has it's own problems (Theft, beggars) but in East-Europe there might be a bit more problems. I don't really know Croatia and Poland.

Look at the website (Preparation=>Overall costs) for the money you'll need. It depents on your way of living.

Have a great time girls!

Hi Kate,
just inserting small comment:

Stefan has written: "Czech is quite safe (the western part is almoast like Western-Europe)" --------------- He thought wrong :o just because western part is near the German or Austrian frontier doesn't mean it's bigger safety! On the contrary, eastern part of CZ (namely Moravia) is much safer than part of West Bohemia and/or Prague! You can meet with heavenly folks here and crime rate is objectively smaller around these parts.

I write on my experiences.. When I was on holiday in Czech, I survived the eastern part with a more unsafe feeling, I think..

But I just have to say that (after 7 times been there) Czech is a very cool and nice country!

We didn't have the slightest problems in Czechia!
Pepole were always very friendly, absolutely no difference to other western europe countries!
