You could get a 3 day IR pass for Sweden :arr: [u]https://rail.cc/en/interrail-pass-sweden[/u] This entitles you to use the direct trains Göteborg - Oslo and Oslo - Stockholm and Stockholm - Kobenhavn as well. You could make a round trip Kobenhavn/Malmö - Oslo - Stockholm - Kobenhavn with a 3 day IR pass for Sweden (123€)...in addition you would need reservations for the direct Stockholm - Kobenhavn train (7€) plus a regular ticket Kobenhavn - Malmö if you use Oresundtag on this leg (between Kobenhavn and Malmö there are frequent Öresundtag trains for which you need a ticket for the Danish part with your One Country Pass Sweden; however you are entitled to use the direct Kobenhavn - Stockholm Snabbtag trains (for which you need an extra 7€ reservation).
For flights you would have to look at the different airlines websites.
