Money for 15 days travel in Bavaria and to Vienna

i was just wondering is 1000 euro enough for 15 days trip in Bavaria & Vienna
here's my route: 1/8-15/8

i will arrive Munich in 1/8 from Bergen , and intend to stay
Fussen for 2-3 days
Nurnberg 2-3 days
Salzburg 2-3 days
rest 3-4 days
Vienna 2-3 days ( deletable )
i checked that most hostels in Fussen charges 20-25 euro per night

so what's the best train route for me if i take Bayern Länder-Ticket ?
and how much should i prepare for the train spending ?

and most importantly , is 1000 euro enough to cover all spendings which including accommodation , train fees , food and tickets?
