Looks good with some small changes in your order:
Montpillar = Montpellier?
Copenhagen - Hamburg - Amsterdam - Brussels - Paris - [b]Bordeaux - (1) - Lisbon - Madrid[/b] - Barcelona - [b](2)[/b] - Montpellier - Rome - [b](3)[/b] - Ljubljana - Zagreb - Budapest - Vienna - Prague.
1) night train to Lisbon.

I recommend a stop at Lake Bled in Slovenia.
