RZD has reintroduced advance purchase discounts for 2nd class kupe sleepers, but only for low season periods. Discount of almost 50% is given when you buy 31-44 days before travel, if your journey starts between March 15 and April 27 or between October 1 and December 26.
At the same time, if you buy 0-10 days before your journey, the price increases by 10%.
Both discount and surcharge are valid only on internal trips on trains operated by RZD. Trips to/from Kaliningrad region are excluded.
