okay y'all, i'm trying to plan a trip for this spring, flying into paris and out of barcelona, and i'm having a hard time determining if i need to buy a eurail pass, or if i can just buy individual tickets for less money. we're planning day trips to the champagne region (epernay) and maybe chantilly, chartres, or fontainebleau, then looking for a train to get to barcelona. if i don't purchase a eurail pass, can i just buy individual tickets? and do i need to do so before i leave the states, or can i just buy them once i'm in paris??
please help!!
(also, any suggestions for the best day trips or money saving travel tips on getting from paris to barcelona (looks like it'll be pretty expensive) would be greatly appreciated!)
thanks so much! :)

Hi Lauren.
If you book early, you can get very cheap tickets in France. Even for high speed and long distance trains.
Try this: [ux]https://rail.shop/omio[/ux]
