Hi Paulo.
Looks good your planed route.
Always have a look on the detailed connections, as especially on the connections Paris-Bruxelles and Bruxelles-Amsterdam you can save a lot of money (avoid the Thalys-trains):

In the corner of Prague/Vienna, think about adding something like Krakow or Budapest (very close to Vienna). Both are nice cities with a good night live and cheap hostels.
Don't stay too long in Venice. It is horrible expensive and full of tourists - stay there during the day and sleep somewhere else. Maybe Florence!?
In Slovenia have a look on the Lake Bled.

Hej,
some thoughts:
- Luckily, you wont need many reservations. As a group of six, this could be rather annoying on some routes. In fact, you will only need reservations for high speed trains in Italy, but these are quite easy to get.
- Ljubljana - Venezia, there is no direct train anymore. You cannot cross the SI <> IT border by train at the moment. :| Instead I'd recommend to go to Sezana (SI border station) and then by bus to Villa Opicina (IT border station), from there you can go by tram down to Trieste (nice ride, a bit like the trams in Lisbon and Porto) and after walking through Trieste, proceed to Venezia

Hej Paulo,
no problem. If you have further questions, just ask. And if you want, tell us how your journey was when you are back home. :)
