on another website I found others differents ferries between these 2 capitals and one from ports not too far (but dont know how yet how reach this ports from city center with local transports , I will edit this post when I will refind the routes

Tallinn - Mariehamn - Stockholm and return: operated by Silja Line
Tallinn - St Peterburg - Helsinki - Stockholm - Tallinn: operated by St Peter Line

I do not know of other ferries between Tallinn and Stockholm.
