Hi there,
The main airport servicing the actual Barcelona is - ahem - El Prat. The many kilometres distant airport, to which I believe you are referring, and which Ryanair calls Barcelona, is Girona.

Bon voyage.

you can use a direct bus either directly to Barcelona main bus station, or from the airport Girona to the train station Girona and then continue there by train. Let's remember... hmmm ... it was under 5 EUR from the airport to Girona rail station !!??!! But I am not sure anymore..... ;)

hello I am from Barcelona... i live in England though... the ONLY airport in Barcelona is EL Prat. From the airport runs buses but the train (renfe) takes u directy to the centre Plaza Catalunya or Sants...and is very frecuent and fast. I don't know abt suplements I am very new here... if you have any questions abt my city pls ask... it worths a few days... (*Girona is a few hours away unless u r interest in Dali... north of Girona in Figueres the best museum ever... I dont recomend u to stop there if u want to go to Barna I know Ryanair dosent fly to Barcelona but easy jet does, by the way Girona is also a very beautiful medieval city.... up to you)

can anyone confirm whether or not you must pay a supplement for the train from the airport (El Prat) to the city?
