In the schedule it says there are fast trains from Moscow to Saint Petersburg, but when i try the online booking tool it only says about the night trains.

But there must be faster trains, the rough guide also say there are some for this track. (Sapsan Express train)

Hi.
Pre-booking time for Russian tickets is up to 45 days in advance. Just use [ux]https://rail.shop/realrussia[/ux]
You will find tickets for Moscow to Saint Petersburg starting from EUR 35 - and up to EUR 800 if you want to use the Grand Express. ;)
The Sapsan is usually around EUR 80. :)
For this train (and most others as well), you can make an e-registration (easy and save!!):
E-Registration means that your ticket is booked and the reservation confirmed electronically so there is no need for a physical paper ticket. You may simply board the train and travel showing your passport or other identity document used at the time of booking.
Peter :)

I only see one train a day using this tool. It's always the night train, and cheapest is around 70 euros..

What do i do wrong?

E-Registration sounds good!
