Hi.
If you lived the past six months (or longer) before your first day of use of your Interrail Pass in the Netherlands - and you can proof this by your Netherlands residency permit, you are allowed to travel with Interrail.
Interrail passes can not be send to Hong Kong.
If you want to support our work at the railcc project, buy your official Interrail pass directly in our partner. Delivery is free in standard service and to the same prices like everywhere. Thank you. :)
