Hello, here is my interrail plan, I just have 15 days and I've already the flights booked so I need to start in Sofia and finish in Zagreb. I'm showing this here just because I want to know if you would do more things and visit other cities and countries while interrailing or if you'll do just this I've showed to you.
About the trains, do you have any useful information about my connections listed?
Thank you for now!
Tiago Filipe

OK. :)
In this case, you should be better off with just buying regular tickets as you go. Since you do only stay in SE Europe an InterRail pass probably wouldnt pay off. What might be worth a try is to get the Balkan Flexi Pass instead but this does not cover Croatia and Slovenia.
Sofia - Skopje: There is no direct night train and it is quite a complicated journey anyway. Maybe think about going to Beograd first - and then to Skopje on a direct train from Beograd.
Or you could skip Skopje altogether and go instead Sofia - Beograd - Montenegro (Bar, Kotor,...) and then along the coast by bus to Split. From Split you can use the train to go to Zagreb and then continue to Ljubljana before getting back to Zagreb.

Fisrt of all thank you for the informations!
So, I'll probably buy a bus ticket from Sofia to Skopje as this is one of the main cities I want to know.
I've found severall buses here: www.centralnaavtogara.bg/index.php?mod=06a943c59f33a34bb5924aaf72cd2995&d=l
Do you think is better not to buy the IR pass? Do you think it will be cheaper? Because I'm not sure about that...
Thank you again

Hej,
well it depends on your final route I'd say but I think if you can save something it wont be much. However, if you only go Skopje - Beograd - Ljubljana - Zagreb I doubt that you can save money with an InterRail ticket (which would have to be a 5in10 btw, 10in22 definitely does not pay off!).

Hum, do you know if there is any bus or train connection between Belgrade and Sarajevo during the night?

No. Only the direct day train (you won't find it on most international schedule planers, but it is running like mentioned here on railcc):

IF you buy locally, most even long sectors, like Sof-BGr or Bgr-Coast cost 20€ at most.
Skopje is a depressing town with little to see, certainly not this time of year.
There are nightbuses Bgrad-SJevo, these do NOT label Sjevo, but end in some Serb part of town, from where you take taxi or citybus. The people in the BAS in Bgrad will know. BUT: NIghtbuses in ex Yugo are very, very bad-they also stop all normal stops as in day, so no sleep. For train: trains are always heavly delayed in/via Serbije/Beograd- you coulld do a connection in the night, but you could also get off at the wrong stop-all unlighted and unmarked and not find your train-you have to have experience in the Balkns for travelling!
