Hello,
We would like to go from Warsaw to Finlandia in train in middle of July. I saw on the links after that acutally the line between WARSAW and VILNIUS is actually not available.

Do you know if the line will be OK in July ? because we do not want to go accross Biélorussia or Russia (just trough the Lituania, Lettonia & Estonia).
and if you know what is the best ticket to do that ? (because I think I saw that there's no Interrail in Lituania, Lettonia & Estonia) ?

Hi Roger.
Like you already said, there are construction works and no train connections. Have a search on buses.
For train connections in the Baltic Countries, have a look at the schedules - tickets are very cheap!

Dzien dobrzy dla Warsz-Centralna, where I now sit in some webshop.
The train IN PL -as I got the timings just 5 mins ago, is noted to re-start on 27/7, as far as Sestokai-to the old times, from WAW around 7.0x, arr by 14.00. As there has also works with bus in Lietuvo, I do not know if works there have also finished then, or not.
There are up to 4 direct BUSes from WAW-Zachodnia=west, the big Busstat. to Vilno (=polski for Vilinus), by LUX or simple bus. Tickets from 3 or 5 eur, with luck and online.
There is currently even more bus: also WAW-Bialystok.
