I don't think there's a direct daytrain, from Krakow to Berlin (or Berlin - Krakow). This daytrain is replaced by an IC bus.
But the IC bus is still the best option for travelling between these 2 cities, because you don't have to change and it takes less time.

Yup, you are right of course. I updated the topic accordingly. :)
It is indeed a good option since you dont have to change - but you have to like to sit on a bus for eight hours. ;)
Personally I would prefer to travel by train - there even is a good connection around noon via Warsaw which takes also eight hours.

Is there a night train from krakow to berlin?
My friends and i want to travel from krakow to berlin on April, and since we are going to have flexible passes, we want or an overnight train or at evening.
Is the bus covered in interrail pass? (if not what have we to pay? Reservation etc)

there is no night train Krakow - Berlin.
The reservation fee for the IC Bus when travelling with Interrail is about 4€, depending on in which country you buy it.
