Im very curious to find out some quality and accurate site for weather forecast for all major western EU cities?

Any suggestions?

BBC Weather was rather reliable in my experience. Otherwise the weather forecasts of the national broadcasters are good as well, just google for them.

In touristy regions there are also often regional weather forecasts on the websites of the appropiate tourist assocations.
