Yes, the train to Füssen is operated by DB and this included in InterRail - you only need to pay extra for the connecting bus service to Neuschwanstein Castle itself.

The bus is usually connected to the train. I recommend to sit in front of the train to be one of the first travellers leaving the railway station and reaching the bus (depending on the day you travel, the bus might be full of people, so that you can't sit anymore and have to stand). Lockers are limited (~20). Exit the station right hand and you see the bus.
Exit the bus at the bottom of the castle (where everyone leaves). Buy the ticket for inside of the castle already there (not possible at the castle itself).

You cant make reservations for the trains to Füssen as these are regional trains (classified RE or RB) where seat reservation is not possible (only for large groups).

Yup. :)
You can use almost all trains within Germany without extra reservations, the only exceptions being the CNL night trains and ICE Sprinter services (no reservation needed for regular ICE trains).

Yeah, we cannot put on each and every train on railcc - the connections on railcc are just a few examples, mainly on common routes where lots of people travel.
With your InterRail pass you can use all trains in Germany that are operated by DB (Deutsche Bahn, the state railways of Germany) plus most of the trains operated by private companies.
