Are all these information still current and up-to-date? Does it make sense? Did I forget about something important?
Any suggestions, I am all ears! Thanks in advance!

Hej!
The links are all up to date. :)
Do you want to make a longer stop in Vienna? It is a little bit awkward to go there after Ljubljana just to go back to Zagreb afterwards as Zagreb is just a short trip away from Ljubljana. Better go München - Wien (two hourly direct Railjet service without extra reservation :arr: https://rail.cc/en/train/munich-to-vienna and then Wien - Venezia with direct night train (saving on the expensive hostel costs in Venezia) :arr: https://rail.cc/en/train/vienna-to-venice
Then Venezia - Ljubljana as planned. Remember that the Zagreb - Sarajevo night train only has regular 2nd class accomodation.
Skopje - Thessaloniki :arr: https://rail.cc/en/train/skopje-to-thessaloniki
Istanbul - Athens :arr: https://rail.cc/en/train/istanbul-to-athens
There are still no international trains to/from Greece, but you can of course use InterRail within the country. Anyway, maybe think about only going for the 5in10 InterRail pass and use it until Zagreb, then go with regular tickets instead. Could be a little cheaper overall. And if you want to support our work (glad you like it, thank you!) dont forget that you can buy your InterRail pass directly at our partner :arr: https://rail.cc/en/search-train-route :)
