We are a couple traveling by bike for the past 2 months, we have to get to Montenegro quicker than we thought, so we would like to take a train that offers the possibility of taking our bicycles with us. Any help?

Not possible until at least next year.
best plan is train towards Serbian border as far as you can, bike to Belgrade and then there are some rare trains to Montenegro.

OR, if you are willing to even consider also things not on rails and IF bikes are not special, like e/fat etc: check FLIXbus, those green ones, on most routes they seem able to also take bikes=pay extra and as for now-see above, the Bpest-Bgrad line is after Szeged under gross repair in Serbije. Good luck with it
