Hello,
I’m traveling from Vienna to Leoben HBF with a 6 minute layover. Then to Stainach-Irdning with a 4 minute layover. Are these times long enough to make it to the next train?

They are times given by the official system so are officially enough for an ordinary austrian to do the connection. But the connections will not take an unlimited delay waiting for a late train. The train will only take you to the Hallstatt ferry station, from there you need a ferry across the lake, €4 in CASH ONLY.
