What is the meaning of " No price informaation available" does it mean all the seats are sold out or the seat reservation is not yet open or something else? My trip starts in October.

could be any of those three. But is this for Sweden? And for the Narvik/Lulea train? Sweden has a problem - the national track authority who randomly plan track work, especially at night, and don't confirm actual schedules until late. If it is that then you need to keep checking every few days - and it may suddenly be cancelled instead.
