It describes as far as can do such trips from UK=GB to most other countries in this world
I assume you have followed some news: as for now-they like too much throwing bombs and drones-ROSsye is boycotted for such links.
Dr google is also very quick in showing ´ferries Korea to Japan'and says there are 2 lines going both every day Busan/KO to Hakata in JP. Hak is also the far end of that splendid JPNese shinkansen=hi-speed (think like AVEbut much smaller seats) train toward Osaka-Tokio. JP trusts its railways so much that it has very, very few long-dist. BUS/coach links-in that respect a lot different from Espana.
BUT-again-you probbaly know and have looked on a map to see SouthKorea is only linked overland with North Korea=another no-go country-well, you can, but the hassles are so enorm big, hardly anyone does-plus that its near IMpossible tocross it overland-have to get out same point as get in. So think again what you really plan to do and make up mind. Success with it all

the way I translate it he wants to bring a Japanese car back towards Europe - there is a market for this because maintenance rules in Japan make cars over about 5 years old very expensive to own. So like I said, nothing to do with railways or seat61
