I've gone back in the correct forum for 5 years and can only found one question about travel within Georgia so your wasting your time anyway. But there are plenty about crossing the border to Azerbaijan without flying (all too late to answer now) - if you can offer an answer to that then watch the "Eastern Europe and the Caucasus" section for more in the future.
