Hi/hallo. Are you Iranian or staying there or not? THis is becse many/most ´official´ like railways sites are blocked in some form due to various measures agianst its regime outside of it. IF you are Iranian-why even use THIs site?
IF not; go to seat61,com, by far the best site on whatever INTernational train trips and follow their advice and use other sites run by others.
My own trial was there were hardly any trains shown from BAM, but quite a lot to/fro Qom.
I did only once 1 overnite train trip there-before covid hit it all and it was a what I remember, pretty comfy ride in a well-appointed sleeper, but as such nothing really special. Quite cheap too.

try https://www.iranrail.net/production/index.php for info but I've no idea whether it can be trusted for tickets.
Basically you need an Iranian IP address, Iranain credit card and a knowledge of Faris to make bookings direct. Or to be at the sttaion, but by then the train will probably be fully booked.
