Hola, estoy pensando en realizar una ruta en bici por Austria, Italia y finalizar en Eslovenia.
Quisiera saber si el tren EuroCity Tren #150|460 que va desde Liubliana hasta Salzburgo permite llevar bicis.

No hay tren EuroCity nº 150|460 de Liubliana a Salzburgo.
El EC150 va de Liubliana a Viena. Comienza en Trieste como EC135.
El único tren 460 que encuentro en Austria va de Viena a Stuttgart, y no llega a Salzburgo.
¿Para qué fecha es y dónde has encontrado la información?

As above-you have misread or found other data.
NOte: WHEN? for the upcoming few weeks there is NO through train from Salzburg toward Villach/border-works means its part bus-stituted.
The best site for this is oebb.at, the Austrian railways, bikes CAN be taken-but must be reserved-so limited nr-and do that also via that site-can set to /en/, the options only come up when you partly start booking a ticket. OR use their FAQ/other links
