Last research fro me was-same Q!-scroll down!- some 2/3 weeks ago. At THAT time the LAND border-for anyone, not just those sovietski- ws closed-> NO trains could pass either. As for now : did not see any notice it has changed. As for next month: toss a coin-noone knows for sure. But best prepare for need to fly if you really want to make that trip on that day
