We have lost our physical interrailpass. Is there any way that we could travel on it despite we don’t have it anymore? We are now in Vienna. We have seat reservations all the way back to Denmark.

60 seconds on their website found this:
What if the Paper Pass is lost or stolen?
If your Paper Pass is lost or stolen, it cannot be re-issued (as a duplicate) or refunded. A new Pass must be purchased.
Obviously the bit about a new pass must be purchased isn't quite true because you are free to purchase any other form of travel to continue. If you simply want a fast ride back to Denmark check what advance booking/fixed train tickets (Sparscheine) are available at https://www.oebb.at/ (or at ÖBB counters), routing via Prag may be cheaper. Bear in mind that if you can't reach Denmark on a cheap ticket Germany has the QdL ticket (not valid on ICE/EC/IC/FLIX trains) for €49 (€10 for 2nd-5th person travelling with 1st) which can get you a huge distance if you start after 09:00 and end by 03:00 next day (no 09:00 limit at weekend so very easy to cross Germnay border to border) if you start early enough. Get receipts, hopefullu you have the Interrail receipts, and check whether your travel insurance will pay.

QdL-Ticket = Quer-durchs-Land Ticket
Basically a ticket for all non-long distance trains under the "Deutschlandtarif" .
Possibly search for a train from Wien to Passau (short behind Austrian-German border) and from there with the QdL Ticket to the Danish border (Flensburg or Schleswig) and from with the EC/IC(L) to Denmark .

and on Sunday and Monday Flixbus have a direct bus from Wien to Kobenhavn at 15:55 with tickets currently around €60. It takes nearly 19 hours including Rostock-Puttgarden ferry (to wake you up if you manage to sleep). No chance of meal break between Wien and ferry!
