Hello, Can anyone tell me how to book a ticket for the night train from Baku to Tbilisi? I found a website but the link won't work. My son is only in Baku for 3 days before getting the train.

Since quite some time the LANDborder GEorgia-Azeri is closed-and hence, NO train, NO Bus etc. Politics!
It may also partly depend on what YOUR nationality is.
Better site for general TRAIN/RAil info: seat61.com. IF you want to plan more for arund this region, I advise travel-forum on caravanistan.com- read 1st about the countries you intend to visit (I suppose you do not just limit to Azeri)-many answers already for possible problems!
