By train from IzmirTK to Krakow,PL is possible, but not very fast, and also not that easyFirst g to IST-of course, the BUS may be the far better choice for that. I guess you know that.
From IST: You did not tell for WHEN! In SUMMER-only there is a direct few cars on the 1/day overnight train to Sofia that go to Bucuresti/RO. From there a few train-all overnight, to BUdapest/HU, and from there an ofdd-and again overnight, train (or cars ina train) via Krakow onward (mostly Warszawa/PL.
So without rest this will take at least 3 overnights and a quite big chance that due to delay you miss one of these. Getting the right tickets is also not tat straightforward-need to do separate for every trip and can mostly only be done from 60 or 30 days before= not now for summer.

WIZZair is the RYANair (=very cheap budget airline, with lots of extra charges if you are not very careful in how to book) for East EUR and also flies to IST and some other TK beachside airports
