I see only buses between Nice and Tende at www.sncf-connect.com and trains from Tende to Torino at www.bahn.com and/or www.trenitalia.com

update, there are trains over Ventimiglia to Tende, which SNCF doesn't mention, but the German site does.

correction, German site also doesn't but the interrail app does. SNCF is a terrible company in information. I once filed a complaint there, about a TGV that started too early. The ticket said you have to be 3 minutes before, but the staion staff said there it was 10 minutes. SNCF wouldn't answer my complaint, because I bought the ticket at a third party (Trainline).
