Hello ! We are going to Florence (italy) from Norway (Narvik)today and we just learnt that our train to Stockholm was cancelled (train 93), so we have to take it the next day, which will make us miss the train Stockholm-copenhagen !! We paid a reservation for it and would like to know if it exists a solution of refund at this time ?
We have two other trains to take, we took reservation for it.

Complicated problem. It depends where you bought the tickets and whether or not u use Interrail. For the Swedish part start looking at www.sj.no and/or call (+47)61 25 22 00 (on Sunday till 23:00) to present your problem there (specially if you want refunds). In Germany reservations are not necessary at day trains, but tickets should have the right date. In Italy you need reservations for high speed trains (beware Florence is called Firenze in Italian and other Romanrelated languages). Try at a station in Germany or Austria to get or change them if necessary.
