Hello railcc community!
I'm new here and on Monday 15th August I'm going on my first Interrailtrip through Europe. (I've a Pass for 22 days)
I start at Vienna - then Prague, Berlin, Kopenhagen, Amsteram, BrĂ¼ssel, Paris, Barcelona, Zurich, Rome, Ljubljana - Vienna.
The trains and connections form Vienna and to the cities mentioned above are clearly, but I have a problem with the connection from Paris to Barcelona. I want to take the trains listed in this article:
https://rail.cc/en/train/paris-to-barcelona
1) BUT the trains from Perpignan to Villefranche de Conflet - Latour de Cartol - Barcelona aren't findable in any train schedules. (e.g. [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] ) ... so can I trust the information from your website that these trains really go to the mentioned times or are they just out of date?
If I search for example for a connection from Latour de Carol to Barcelona the schedule from DB suggest a route which is about 6hours. Furthermore the DB-shedule don't know the station Villefranche de Conflet...
2) The second problem: getting from Barcelona to Zurich, I want to take that train (https://rail.cc/en/train/barcelona-to-paris) back to Paris and then from Paris with the TGV to Zurich - and then to Chur (where the Bernina Express, a panorama train, drives through the mountains of Switzerland to Tirano (Italy)).
Are there any other (shorter) connections between Barcelona and Zurich? Or should I take the Euronight (EN 475) which is going directly from Barcelona to Paris? (instead of the one from the link above)
3) On the link below its mentioned that the Bernina Express or Glacier Express is included in the Ticket! Is that right? https://rail.cc/en/train/tirano-to-st-moritz -
4) And the next and last problem is how to get from Tirano to Rome? Is there a good connection?
Thank you!
Peter

Hi.
1) YES. You can trust the information we offer. We do it since 15 years. So if the information on railcc would have been bad, the site simply wouldn't exist anymore. ;)
Maybe it is better NOT to trust information on the websites you mentioned? Only because it is a bigger company, it doesn't mean they are better!

Latour de Carol - Barcelona: http://www.renfe.com/viajeros/cercanias/barcelona/index.html
This information is NOT available at [ux]https://rail.shop/bahn[/ux] !
2) Depends on the money you want to spent. If you want it fast in one night, use the direct and expensive train. Otherwise you could do it step by step with a stop in Nice. But then you will have to add the cost for a hostel.
Connections listed here: Barcelona - Nice - Italy ... maybe think about skipping Zurich!?

3) Again YES - this connections are correct! You can not use the Panoramic trains directly, but free Regional trains running the same routes.
4) To be honest: there are no really nice one-day connections. :o
Try the schedule planers. But maybe think about an other route.
So have a sunny trip and lets hope your bought your Interrail pass here at railcc to support all the information we give. Thank you.
Peter :)
