Yes, look at www.bahn.com, also for Denmark.

it is possible to go from Aalborg to most places in Germany by train. And if at least around 100km of the journey in Germany is by fast train DB often give a big discount if you book it as one journey with them. Arend has given the website.

it is possible to go all the way from Hamburg to Freiburg in a night train, leave Aalborg at 12:50

but, the Nightrain reservation system isn't easy. Don't waste your time at DSB! DB will sell the whole journey as one bundled price ticket with beds- but only if the Nightrain schedule is confirmed - and at the moment even next week is still waiting for confirmation so the answer will be no. The night train operator at www.nightjet.com will sell tickets before the schedule is confirmed and email you later with any alteration - which may be a problem with a long connection before or after that train - and they don't sell the connections. Strangely this night train also has seated cars which are classed as a DB Intercity service and they will sell you tickets all the way from Aalborg to Freiburg if you travel in them, even though the same doubt about the schedule should apply to these as well!
