Maybe, perhaps, who/God/Buddha may know. Its now way too early to be able to say that 100% sure.
From what I understand MONg has stopped all direct trains into China-not that there were many. Perhaps the reason for this may be solved, maybe China itself has other ideas or issues. Its still nearly 10 month till then so enough chance on a settlement.
