Yes, but the service was not very frequent even before the war. There's one each night. And online booking is not easy.

Wrong ! I looked , booking is possible via UZs new booking system : booking.uz.gov.ua/en . The train is 351P , leaving Chisinau 17:34 , arriving Kyiv at 12:05 the next day . Cherres argon :)

As I looked Ticket were 68€ for Kupe and 49€ for a Berth (puplic car) .

I looked and the new Website includes all fees or additional costs . And I forgot to mention that theres also available "Deluxe" for 127€ .
