BEST-depending on where you start in SE, will be flying. Cheaper, quicker, less hassle. AMS only has direct flites to STO and GOT. There are not really those cheap budget airls direct (like Ryan or Easy or NOrwegian and the like)
With train-read seat61.com for more info+details, you need to change in at least K/obenhavn-Hamburg-Osnabrück and some where in NL depending on final place. Besides that its also much more hassle to even get all the tickets for that.
Read your other post for documantations beside the tickets

You will be better of flying. I was planning to go by train from Narvik to Lulea then a couple of days later to Stockholm in early October. It was impossible it book trains as SJ Sweden (or VY for some parts) as the train companies do not know, even today, what trains are running (or if) on the days I want. Result is I have cancelled hotels in Sweden and booked hotels to extend my stay in Norway. Sweden's loss is Norway's gain as the places I had planned to visit and day trips will also miss out.
