Yep youre right , depending on the date you should search again in 1-2 months . Btw. the official Website is ebilet.tcddtasimacilik.gov.tr . Cherres argon :)

Note that in TR-off the very few hi-speed lines -I think this does not reach Kays as for now- the offer for yolcu=tren is very, very limited, delays are most often giant, comfort basic @ best, prices are very cheap to compensate for all that. as always seat61 has more info but is also much biased to ;;use trains amap´. THE means of choice for Turkish is the long-distance bus-just see how much bigger the ÓTOgars (busstations) are vs the tren-gar. Just go to there, check timings-there will be multiple companies and buy ticket-there is always someone who can speak basic /en/-or maybe /de/ to help you out.
But from what I´ve seen the in theory tren-times have not changed for many years- to get an idea use same day of week as travel plan to check-many of these very long-dist trens run f.e. only every 2nd day (3x in week)
