I want to go to valence rhone alpes at the 11.08. at 10:17am but cut buy an set reservation online. Where can i do that?

if you only need a seat reservation and already have a Eurail or Interrail pass you should follow the instructions in the pass website.
If you need a travel ticket with reservation the (badly designed) SNCF website is https://www.sncf-connect.com and there is a language choice hidden near the bottom of the page. Or the Belgian SNCB site at www.belgiantrain.be (language choice at the top where it should be!)
