https://m.bahnbuchung.de/ hasn't worked properly for a long time, all the travel agents (and Bild) who had it embedded in their websites have now taken it down. This is the second post in a few months from someone who paid money and got nothing, I think it was linked to the old DB ticketing system that was replaced some time ago. It should be removed from rail.cc

Indeed, that advise is called symptom relief. The cause of this problem is not bahn but railcc.

Actually the cause of the problem is the sort of person, crashing around the internet on a phone smarter than the person, unable to use a browser or any offical railway website, who manages to find an obscure website which has an out of date link and blindly decides to give it money. And who later doesn't comeback to find the answer to the question asked. They shouldn't be allowed credit cards or passports!
