We are a family of 4 travelling from UK to Denmark by train in August and would like to purchase tickets for the night train departing Hamburg Hbf at 23.30. I can see 1st and 2nd class seat options, but am struggling to find anywhere information about sleeping berth tickets. Is this perhaps because they do not exist? Many thanks

This is because EC 1194 has only seats , basically a day-train operating during night ! An option with berths is Snalltåget's Nighttrain Berlin-Stockholm which leaves Hamburg at 23:59 and arrives Koebenhaven Ørestad at 07:00 . But it only have Couchettes , no beds . Ticket can be brought from snalltaget.se/en . Cherres argon :)
